What if working out felt empowering, not intimidating?

Have you ever been there? In the gym watching confident lifters seem to just know exactly what to do and when. Or maybe in a large group fitness class feeling like you were the only one that didn't know what was going on or what you should move when? Or maybe you tried a studio or another reformer class and felt like you didn't fit in to the stuffy environment?
Here at The Pilates Underground, our goal is to make sure you feel confident, comfortable and empowered! You are capable of working out, moving well, accomplishing your goals and feeling like the strongest version of yourself. Pilates is for everyone and we make sure you leave feeling empowered to move, not intimated! Our specialized instructors make sure that you are given exercise and a pace that is best for your goals and your body each session.
We have started a new Beginner Series to help us empower new clients even more. Starting this Thursday, May 10th 2018, we are holding a beginner class that will run for 3 consecutive weeks. This class is designed for those with little to no Pilates experience, or for those who want to get back to basics.
